How we began...
Recently my good friend Theo Jak encouraged and inspired me to do more of the old-school stuff. It took me some time to get it right, but now I enjoy it very much to do tattoos in this style. Since about a year I also dug into the oriental atmospheres, and I have a ball when I can do one of them dragons or koi's on someone.Despite the fact that I did some freehand work in the past, nowadays I rather do my homework first, so that halfway through the tattoo-session, I still know where I'm going and always leave room the improvise. See, I can make a fairly well drawing, but it takes me hours to get something down that's to my satisfaction. So, that's briefly the way things work for me and I'm convinced that that goes for anyone who works at the Inkstitution.
